We have scheduled CE classes for 2010 throughout the state.  So far, we have added more classes in Baraboo, Beloit, Dubuque, IA, Baraboo, Beloit, Madison, Platteville and Wauwatosa and Wisconsin Rapids.

Rick Raulin has been a State of Wisconsin approved instructor for Real Estate Continuing Education and Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License Training since 1991.  In 2001, Rick created The LORICK School, to offer training opportunities across southern Wisconsin.  Since then, he has taught courses in Continuing Education, Pre-License Training, PLT Review and Buyer Agency, as well as serving as a New Member Orientation trainer for the REALTORS Association of Southwest Wisconsin. 

 

Rick is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1987, actively listing and selling and working with buyers until he began The LORICK School.  He lives in Madison with his amazing wife Lori – they just celebrated their 25th anniversary; two of the kids are out of the house, with two more still at home.
